I had requested “Congratulations Andre” written on the cake, as this was for a graduation party. I was told that they did not do it because of the chocolate chips on top of the cake. I should have been notified and they should have a Congratulation topper to at least compensate? I was not pleased it looked like I just picked up a random cake and not a special-order cake that should be special!
