  • If you choose to pickup the ice cream signature sundae at our store you can do it during our normal business hours.
  • Our store address is: 2035 W Gray, Houston, TX 77019, at the corner of S Shepherd Dr and W Gray Street.
  • We are located at the River Oaks Shopping Center.

  • If you choose Payment Upon Pickup, a Marble Slab representative will call you to request the payment information to guarantee.
  • You will be required to present payment upon pickup in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or Marble Slab Gift Card.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.
  • Any ice cream cake order that has been placed (and done), cannot be canceled and a refund will not be issued.
